1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Fans World Cup website and registering for the tournament, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. You must be physically fit to participate in competitive soccer. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Registration & Payment

Registration costs $200 per player, which includes home and away jerseys. Payment is non-refundable unless the tournament is cancelled by the organizers. Each player may represent one country per sport per tournament cycle.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants must demonstrate sportsmanship, respect for opponents, referees, and organizers. Violent conduct, discrimination, or harassment of any kind will result in immediate disqualification without refund.

5. Liability Waiver

Participation in the Fans World Cup involves inherent risks of physical injury. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and release the organizers from liability for injuries sustained during the tournament.

6. Photo & Media Release

By participating, you grant Fans World Cup permission to use your name, likeness, and images captured during the tournament for promotional and media purposes.

7. Tournament Rules

Games are played 11v11 under standard soccer rules. The tournament format includes group stages followed by knockout rounds. Detailed rules will be provided before the tournament.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Players may cancel their registration up to 60 days before the tournament for a full refund. Cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. The organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone the tournament due to unforeseen circumstances.

9. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Medical information is encrypted and only accessible to tournament medical staff.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered players. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
